Career Highlights

• 7+ years at T-Systems, first as Head of Delivery for growth portfolio, taking over Managing Director of T-Systems India in 2022 and promoted to SVP Global Delivery Centers in recent times.
• 10+ years at Cognizant Technology Solutions as Senior Vice President and leader of 3 of their Global units.
• Founded Ygyan Consulting with an international presence across Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and UK and served as its CEO for 5 years; successfully sold Ygyan to and merged it with Cognizant.
• Started his career as consultant to MCI in the USA, a large telecommunications company headquartered in Virginia and worked as a Systems Analyst for 3 years.

Vinit has held key positions in companies like Credit Suisse, Infosys and AntWorks, and has handled challenging assignments including setting up Financial Shared Service Center, effective transition of key processes to India, Investor relationship for fund raising and acquisition of businesses. He is specialized in Business Strategy and Planning, Management, running commercial organization, M&A, Forecasting and Finance with Strong business and people-oriented skills.
