Opening an Office in Indonesia, T-Systems Drives the Digital Transformation of Hospitals

T-Systems, an IT consulting and service company, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, opens a new office in Indonesia. The healthcare industry is the target of this German company. They want to be able to encourage hospitals in Indonesia to carry out digital transformation. T-Systems' Managing Director for Asia South, Arkadiusz Czopor said, to provide health solutions for hospitals in Indonesia, T-Systems is working with SAP Indonesia. At present, there are two groups of hospitals that use solutions from T-Systems, namely Eka Hospital and Mitra Keluarga Hospital. “Implementing a digital system will help hospitals operate more efficiently by integrating their systems,” said Arkadiusz. Hasan Widjaja, Corporate IT, Director of Eka Hospital explained that his hospital was in the process of implementing SAP Healthcare solutions, logistics, and financial management from T-Systems. With this system in place, he hoped the hospital system would be more effective. "Because the system is centralized, patients do not need to carry anything because all the data is on the computer," he explained.
