Marvin Kullmann currently works as a Digital Marketing Experience working student for T-Systems. Having successfully developed his own sustainable HR workplace system as Chief Tomorrow Officer, he is now responsible for system development and integration. Marvin Kullmann describes himself as an internationally-minded, critical thinker, and future-oriented individual who enjoys traveling and exploring new languages, cultures, and experiences. This is also why he plans to pursue his M.Sc. in International Management abroad starting at the end of 2023.
Over the past 6 years, he has gained experience in international projects, digital marketing, and event management. As Chief Tomorrow at T-Systems International, he had the opportunity to deepen his knowledge of innovation and became a certified intrapreneur through the Tribox Innovation Program. This program allowed him to transform his ideas into a concrete business plan, identify customers, and pilot his own workplace system.
At Deutsche Telekom, his goal is to create a socially sustainable future in the workplace and utilize data visualization to empower individuals to thrive in the era of new work and digitization. Additionally, it is worth mentioning that Marvin's commitment to shaping an improved future workplace also extends to his academic pursuits, which is why he has chosen to write his bachelor's thesis in collaboration with Deutsche Telekom on the topic of how to create an emotionally sustainable workplace.
