As part of the c.m.c. congress (“channel meets cloud”) on 15th and 16th March in Munich, COMPUTERWOCHE and ChannelPartner awarded Germany’s best Managed Service Providers 2023. In revenue class 1, with an annual revenue of over one billion euros, T-Systems achieved second place.
The survey was conducted by the market research company iSCM-Institute. In the study, readers of Computerwoche were asked about the quality of cooperation with their Managed Service Providers (MSPs). A total of 1,437 customers took part in the survey. Among the respondents were CIOs, IT managers, IT administrators, managing directors and department heads of user companies. The IT service providers whose services were rated by at least ten customers each made it into the ranking of the best MSPs.
Evaluation according to four revenue classes
In order to ensure a fair basis for the awards, the evaluated service providers were divided into a total of four revenue classes according to their annual revenue from 2021. This ensures that IT service providers with a similar customer mix are compared. The four revenue classes are as follows:
In 2022, T-Systems did not make it into the rankings. This year, the IT subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom achieved second place behind SVA System Vertrieb Alexander GmbH and is thus ahead of companies such as Bechtle, CANCOM SE and SoftwareONE Deutschland GmbH.
