Dineo Molefe

Having joined T-Systems in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Dineo Molefe took over as MD in May 2018.
Dineo has an exceptional track record with the wide-ranging industry and leadership experience. Having qualified as Chartered Accountant (CA) SA, she went on to complete a Masters in Commerce at the University of Johannesburg and the Advanced Management Programme at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School.
Dineo has over 20 years’ experience in Finance, having held various positions across companies such the Industrial Development Corporation, Eskom Holdings Limited, Vodacom South Africa, and Thebe Investment Corporation (Group Finance Director).
Dineo is also a Board and Audit Committee Member of two JSE listed companies.
 
 
Vice President Delivery

Morne Weyers

Member of the Management Board, T-Systems South Africa
Morne has a B.Eng degree in Electronic Engineering, a M.SC degree in Industrial Engineering, a LLB degree and a Honours Degree in Psychology.
He is currently completing his PhD degree on the Application of Supplychain Principles in the Services Industry
Morne is primary responsible for all T-Systems South Africa IT Infrastructure Services delivered. His accountability includes the joined portofolio (Delivery) of Systems Integration and Infrastructure Delivery.

Georg Heil

Member of the Management Board, T-Systems South Africa
Georg joined T-Systems in 2002 as Senior Executive and Vice President of T-Systems International GmbH responsible for Corporate Finance, Risk & Controls.
Georg obtained a qualification in Business Management from the University of Mannheim in 1983. He also received a Diplom Kaufmann, diploma in Procurement.
His work experience include senior and leading roles for:
adidas Sportschuhfabrik, Herzogenaurach - Controlling (1984 – 1986)
Dornier GmbH, Friedrichshafen - Cash and FX Management, Financial Planning,
Senior Manager Treasury (1986 – 1990)
Mercedes Benz AG, Stuttgart - Financial Planning and Treasury, Vice President (1990 – 1995)

Head of  Managed Infrastructure Services & Private Cloud (MIS/PC)

Colln Archery

Member of the Management Board, T-Systems South Africa
Colin Archery is the Head: MIS/PC (Managed Infrastructure Services and Private Cloud). Prior to this Colin was the Head of IT Operations (formerly CSS) and has also held the roles Head of Partner Management End-User Services and Head of Business Operations and Quality.
In this role Colin is responsible for the MIS/PC portfolio unit which includes: TC and Security; Quality; SAP and DS; Shared Infrastructure; Automation and System Support; Solution Design; PME and EUC; Supporting Services. 
 
Head of Sales

Rajan Padayachee

Member of the Management Board, T-Systems South Africa
Rajan joined T-Systems South Africa in 2010 from Arivia and has over 20 years of experience in both Engineering and IT. Rajan has been Head of Sales since 1 December 2018. In this role he acts as the central contact point for TSI and overall co-ordination of the other Heads in Sales.
Rajan has post-graduation experience in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering and maintenance, with nineteen years of management experience.
Rajan also has significant Experience in Management of Large Divisions within Corporate organisations.
  
Head of Legal & Compliance

Unathi Jonas

Member of the Management Board, T-Systems South Africa
Unathi has 14 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial law. She heads up the legal department at T-Systems and is also responsible for compliance, risk, and data privacy. She is also the company secretary at T-Systems responsible for governance of the T-Systems Board.
Prior to joining T-Systems Unathi was an equity partner and director at leading law firm, Bowmans, where she practiced in the mergers and acquisitions and commercial law department.
She also sits on the board of trustees, in the role of chairman, for a number of indirect shareholders in the Independent Power Producer Programme.
