Dealerships are subject to huge pressure to change. For sales and service in particular, customers are increasingly demanding and expect a personal approach, perfect assistance, and an emotional purchasing experience. This requires all employees: from the reception desk, sales, service, through to parts, and accounting. To stay competitive, dealerships today must adopt a more individual, customer-oriented, and efficient approach, to increase the productivity of their core business. At the same time, there have never been so many different ways to place the customer in a central role and offer them bespoke services before, during, and after the sales decision.
Time to rethink things.
What does this mean for car dealerships? Successful customer retention requires a direct, individual, and proactive approach. As such, seamlessly interlocking systems and digitalized workflows are necessary for the results-oriented management of customer relationships. Here the dealer retains data sovereignty and the knowledge about the customer independent of the OEM.
The more efficient and flexible the processing of the information and employee's handling of it, the more productive the core business. With innovative service-oriented business process solutions from T-Systems dealerships obtain a decisive competitive edge. We support you in selecting, introducing, and operating your dealer management system (DMS). The offer comprises DMS software developed in house (alphaplus), VaudisX, as well as CRM systems (CustomerOne), through to modular, cloud-based solutions in cooperation with Salesforce and others.
Together with partners from the VW dealer environment, T-Systems is currently investing in the successor system to Vaudis and in doing so is setting new standards in product development. In close collaboration with retailers, VaudisX is being gradually developed in design workshops. The design of the interfaces, features, and user interfaces are all discussed with the customer.
With VaudisX T-Systems is offering VW retailers a continuous DMS with an intuitive web user interface as well as open interfaces. The lean core of VaudisX can be expanded with market and brand-specific systems. To this end, VaudisX offers a completely new interface architecture for quickly connecting with existing or new systems. This includes a tablet-based chat in which a customer service adviser determines and documents the condition of the customer's vehicle directly at the lifting platform.
