Sebastian Gielen has been Senior Vice President of Operating & Transformation Office at T-Systems since January, 2024. Together with his team, he creates the company-wide conditions for sustainable growth and the highest possible operational quality.
Previously, Sebastian Gielen was Vice President of Strategic Transformation & Business Excellence in the Sales & Service division of Telekom Deutschland for three years. In this role, he was a member of the Management Board and was responsible for Strategy & Transformation, Risk Management & Compliance and Strategic Communications & Public Relations.
Sebastian Gielen began his professional career at the Telekom Group back in 2007. He supported the agile transformation of Telekom Deutschland, among other things at the Center for Strategic Projects. He was also responsible for realigning the Group-wide B2B business and scouting start-ups in Silicon Valley for potential partnerships.
