As Chief HR Officer, Zsuzsanna Friedl has been responsible for all HR activities at T-Systems since January, 2024. She will therefore be taking on a key role in the development of a long-term growth company.
Zsuzsanna Friedl began her career 1999 at General Electric, where she was responsible for various HR roles within the company. In 2007, she joined UPC Hungary, where she took over the role of HR Director. From 2013, Zsuzsanna Friedl held the position of HR Director at Microsoft Hungary. Her responsibilities included implementing the regional diversity strategy as well as the strategic talent and succession management.
In 2017 she then held the position of Chief People Officer at Magyar Telekom. There, she was responsible for the HR strategy, agile transformation, diversity and inclusion as well as the company’s sustainability strategy.
