The Top Employers Institute examines the HR processes, working and development conditions for employees of the participating companies based on twenty HR topics, such as talent acquisition, learning, health offers and much more. With the help of a comprehensive questionnaire and audit procedure, strengths and potential for improvement are identified.
In 17 out of 20 areas related to the world of work, the company is above the German benchmark. Full marks were given to Work Environment, Ethics & Integrity, Leadership, Digital HR, Employer Branding and Organisation & Change. Compared to the other participating companies, T-Systems also stands out when it comes to career development.
