Leipzig University of Applied Sciences teaches students the vital specialist knowledge and skills they need to plan and realize operational information systems. The focus is on innovative concepts and methods used in business information systems. Modules include, for example, enterprise information management, management of business information models, software engineering, and enterprise planning and decision support. You will also find it easy to work internationally afterwards - one or two of the mandatory modules are in English.
The study program
At Leipzig University of Applied Sciences you gain your master's over five semesters, made up of four semesters of practice-based studies and one semester for your thesis. You will spend six weeks in total each year at the Leipzig University of Applied Sciences campus, and "meet up" with your lecturers and fellow students once a week in the e-classroom.
On the job
At T-Systems and Deutsche Telekom you can immerse yourself in the exciting world of information and telecommunications technology, a very varied sector that sets technological trends. You will work full time on innovative and interesting IT projects and be given responsibilities right from the start. When you need to attend university, you are released from normal work. Remuneration and expenses
We pay EUR 1.435 per month (pre-tax) and also cover the tuition fees. Your contract is valid for the term of your Master study. Additionally 30 leave days are available per legal year.
Your application
In addition to the necessary drive, you need to have graduated with a bachelor's degree in business information systems or a related subject. Project vacancies can be found in our job search.

With a cooperative Steinbeis master's degree program you can build on your theoretical expertise or obtain qualifications in a new field. Be both a student and a colleague. It offers cooperative study programs that focus on project skills. For you as a student, this means that you get to collaborate with us on a project that you will develop in tandem with your studies.
