With more than 18 years of experience in SAP consulting, application implementation, process optimization, project management, leadership, and IT, Nicole Berg started at T-Systems in April 2023. As an experienced manager, she deals intensively with topics such as strategy, IT, development, and transformation – and always keeps an eye on the needs of customers, end users, and employees. With her motivating management style, she encourages teams to develop into autonomous organizational units that continue to change and grow. Nicole Berg is passionate about digitalization and innovation and has received awards for her commitment in the past as “Role Model Top Women Germany,” “Top 100 Women in Tech,” and “Top 10 Women Influencing Telco Industry.”
