Arrie Redelinghuys has over 35 years of industry experience with managing complex IT projects and businesses on a local and international scale.

Arrie has received formal Business education from the University of Pretoria, University of South Africa, INSEAD and London Business School.

Previously he has been tasked with the following responsibilities includes SVP responsible for all T Systems International countries outside EMEA. These included the USA, Mexico, Brazil, China and Singapore; SVP of Delivery for the Americas (US, Mexico and Brazil) and Asia Pacific Regions. In this role, he is responsible for:

  • Global delivery to all accounts in the Regions to include end-to-end business responsibility
  • Achieving the shared goals of Sales and Delivery units
  • Improving quality, reducing costs and driving revenue growth

Prior to the above assignments, Arrie was the Shell Global Account Delivery Manager from 2009 to 2014. During this period, he led the Shell Global Account Delivery team to provide major sustainable improvements to Shell’s operations and T-Systems relationship with the customer. Based on the Shell Supplier Confidence Survey, Arrie guided the team assisting Shell’s Upstream, Downstream, Global Functions, Trading, Projects & Technology and Shell Technical Landscape Services.

From 2006 to 2009, Arrie was VP of Delivery for T-Systems North America. Responsible for leading the Computing Services & Solutions, Desktop Services & Solutions, Project Delivery and AppCom (Cloud) Business Development throughout the organization. Before moving to North America, Arrie served as General Manager of Computing & Desktop Services for the South Region of T-Systems in South Africa. His responsibilities included all aspects relating to the Computing and Desktop Service Line. Arrie was first established as General Manager there in 2001.

Arrie joined debis IT SA in 1997 as the Manager of Project Services. Arrie was a key contributor to the successful establishment and optimization of debis IT Services, which later became T-Systems. From 2000 till the middle of 2001, Arrie managed and contributed to the automisation and process optimization efforts of T-Systems.

Dineo Molefe

Managing Director & Member of the Management Board

Dineo Molefe is the Managing Director of T-Systems South Africa, part of the Deutsche Telekom Group, since May 2018. She has 23 years of very successful corporate career, 11 of those in executive and board level leadership roles.

Dineo is a well-respected professional and board member in South Africa with proven value add in organisations she has been part of, current and previous.

Having been in the ICT industry for 5 years, coupled with 7 years in the Investment/ Mergers and Acquisition space, as well as a board member in certain industries including financial services and food services, Dineo has all-rounded experience that enables her to operate operationally and strategically, while understanding the key issues that drive value in business today.

Prior to joining T-Systems in April 2016, Dineo had been with major blue-chip companies in South Africa. This includes being a Finance Executive with Vodacom and a Group Financial Director with Thebe Investment Corporation. The journey with Thebe Investment Corporation started with her in the role of Financial Executive for Thebe Stockbroking. After six months, she was promoted to Group Financial Manager of Thebe Investment Corporation.  Within a short space of two years, she was promoted again to Group Financial Director in 2010.

Dineo is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) SA, 2003. In 2010 she went on to obtain a Masters’ in International Accounting from the University of Johannesburg. She also holds an Advanced Management Qualification from Wharton Business School, Pennsylvania, which she obtained in 2012.

Dineo has received numerous awards and acknowledgements in recognition of her leadership and achievements, among those are:

  • Winner 2018: Gender Mainstreaming Awards - Positive Role Model
  • Finalist 2020: South African Professionals Awards - Professional of the Year Award in the Digital Industry Class of the Commerce, Law and Management Category.
  • Nominee 2020: TOPCO - Top Empowered Business Leader

Dineo is also a Board and Audit Committee Member of two Johannesburg Stock Exchange listed companies.

Getty Khangekile Simelane

Getty Khangekile Simelane

Getty Khangekile Simelane joined the T-Systems SA Board in 2014.  She has extensive experience in human resources at executive level positions in a range of industrial sectors, including telecommunications, FMCG, and investment banking in local and multinational companies.

A co-founder and director of a management consultancy company, The HR Touch. Getty has considerable experience as a non-executive director on several public and private sector companies including being Chair of the Board and independent member of Remuneration and Social & Ethics Committees.

She is a Master Human Resources Practitioner (Generalist), HR Auditor and member of the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP), a Fellowship Member of the Institute of Directors SA, and an accredited Sirdar Governance Panelist and holds the following qualifications: BA SW (Unizul), HDPM (Wits), MPhill (Bath, UK), EDP (Northwestern US).

Georg joined T-Systems in 2002 as Senior Executive and Vice President of T-Systems International GmbH responsible for Corporate Finance, Risk & Controls. Georg obtained a qualification in Business Management from the University of Mannheim in 1983. He also received a Diploma Kaufmann, Diploma in Procurement.

His work experience include senior and leading roles for: Adidas Sportschuhfabrik, Herzogenaurach - Controlling (1984 – 1986); Dornier GmbH, Friedrichshafen - Cash and FX Management, Financial Planning - Senior Manager Treasury (1986 – 1990); Mercedes Benz AG, Stuttgart - Financial Planning and Treasury, Vice President (1990 – 1995); Debis Systemhaus GEI mbH, Aachen - CFO and Board Member during 1998 (1995 – 2000); Debis Systemhaus GmbH/T-Systems ITS GmbH, Leinfelden – Echterdingen - CFO and Board Member (2000 – 2002)
 

Anja Hattingh

Anja Hattingh

Anja Hattingh has been working in South Africa for more than 10 years in various management positions, the last of which was CFO for the T-Systems South African group of companies before moving back to Germany in 2013.

Anja is now working on a T-Systems global level as the CFO for the international business as well as the IT portfolio units.

Unathi Jonas

Company Secretary

Unathi is a General Council with 14 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial law. She heads up the legal department at T-Systems and is also responsible for compliance, risk, and data privacy. She is also the company secretary at T-Systems responsible for governance of the T-Systems Board.

Prior to joining T-Systems Unathi was an equity partner and director at leading law firm, Bowmans, where she practiced in the mergers and acquisitions and commercial law department.

She also sits on the board of trustees, in the role of chairman, for a number of indirect shareholders in the Independent Power Producer Programme. 

In 2020 Unathi was nominated as GC Powerlist top 500 in house legal advisors in the world.
