Looking to start your career?

Everyone is different – every graduate too. Which is why we offer no routine career starts, but rather bespoke opportunities to join the Group.
Joining us
The Start up! option – A newcomer program tailored to suit you. In 15 to 18 months strategic heads will get to know all of the company's divisions and work for three months at one of our European subsidiaries. Innovative training programs are included, of course.
Do you already have your eye on your dream job, i. e., you know exactly what you want? If so, you, too, can join us straight after you finish studying. We need people with talent, drive, know-how and ambition: career starters who see the ever-changing technologies, markets and company as an opportunity – and make an active contribution to this change.
And, because "lifelong learning" is not just a buzz-word to us, you can do your master's while working for us. You benefit from deepening your theoretical knowledge while establishing yourself in the company.
Maybe you still have some way to go before graduating, but you would like to spice up your university theory right now, with a bit of practical stuff? An internship with us allows you to do just this. Moreover, we are the first company to offer an internship with extremely flexible working hours, our so-called "flexiship."

Get to know us

As Start up! graduates we are actively involved in Group-wide strategic projects. We're given a great deal of responsibility but we also have the ideal opportunities to build a network during the Start up! program.
If I were even given another opportunity to go on an international assignment I'd jump at the chance. It was an unforgettable experience, spending three months in Tokyo getting an insight into the Finance and Controlling area and getting more project experience.
For me, Deutsche Telekom is a notable supporter of training, whether it's professional or academic. The cooperative master's degree has allowed me to continue studying at the university while working for the company at the same time.
For me it's vital to stay abreast of all the latest IT trends and keep up with the times. I'm responsible for getting the best use out of the Telekom Social Network, and I can see at first hand how IT is applied in the business sector.
