T-Systems earns the status of a Genesys Gold Partner VAR (value-added reseller) for the DACH region.
T-Systems has earned the status of a Genesys Gold Partner VAR (value added reseller) for the DACH region.
Apart from an increase in joint sales and the number of certified employees, the enhanced quality of support by T-Systems was a key factor in achieving the Gold Partner status. The award by Genesys is also recognition of the professional services methodology T-Systems uses in implementing projects. The Gold Status is thus the deserved accolade for many years of successful cooperation all round.
Under the partnership, Genesys can rely on the solid, dependable know-how and proven experience of T-Systems with which the company delivers planning, development and implementation services, as well as support for the entire Genesys suite.
Interaction and communication with customers across all channels and media are a strategic goal in customer interaction management. Customers with a high volume of B2C communication plan omni-channel contact centers and, if requested, are provided with a managed service for their contact center infrastructure in the shape of a fully managed contact center or private cloud contact center. By gaining the status of a Gold Partner VAR, T-Systems is able to use specific technical tools and services, in particular in the areas of software licensing, training measures and system integration services.
