On March 22, 2018, the 10th automotiveIT Congress took place at the Westhafen Event & Convention Center (WECC) in Berlin, Germany. The motto this time was “classroom10 – the sector meeting place”. T-Systems was there for the 10th time.
For 10 years, T-Systems has been a partner of the automotiveIT Congress. This time, the event was not part of the CeBIT – for the first time ever, it was a standalone event which took place at the WECC in Berlin.

Meeting place for the automotive sector
To kick off the sector meeting, Luz G. Mauch, Senior Vice President, Sales & Service Automotive & Manufacturing Industry, invited guests to a business breakfast, starting at 8:30 a.m. The motto of this breakfast session was “Let’s speed up Innovation” and it offered those invited an insight into innovative use cases, start-ups

To conincide with the kick-off, the 10th automotiveIT Congress also featured presentations on exciting sector topics given by automotive CIOs and other renowned speakers. Of course there also were plenty of opportunities for networking.
Automotive Lounge: T-Systems Booth
The T-Systems booth focused on automotive innovation and offered an exciting meeting place. There, the automotive experts discussed the latest digitization developments in the sector with visitors. At the same time, the presentation at the booth was a preview of the Telekom booth at this year’s Hannover Messe.
