X-Change overseas program

Gather valuable overseas experience with our group-wide employee development program – X-Change. You will work abroad for up to 6 months and will learn what the daily work routine looks like in an international environment. This allows you to benefit from an intercultural exchange with colleagues from across the globe and to support them with your expertise.
