Terms and conditions of participation
Participation in the RTX-Challenge is limited to companies with a registered office in the European Union or the European Economic Area. Individuals and public sector entities are excluded from participation.
By submitting your participation request, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Participation and confirm that you have read and understood the applicable data protection notice.
The use of the prize (access to infrastructure and services) is subject to the applicable General Terms and Conditions and service descriptions, which will be provided prior to the commencement of use. TSI enters a separate contract containing a description of services for the discovery phase.
Cash payment or cash alternatives for the value of the provided infrastructure or any other services are excluded.
T-Systems International GmbH (TSI) reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, to modify the RTX-Challenge, or to terminate it prematurely.
TSI is entitled to exclude participants from the RTX-Challenge in case of misuse, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or manipulation. This applies in particular to false statements, use of unauthorized tools, or any other attempts at manipulation.
Recourse to the courts is excluded.
These Terms and Conditions and participation in the RTX-Challenge shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or participation in the RTX-Challenge shall be Bonn, Germany, to the extent legally permissible.
