Lünendonk & Hossenfelder includes IT service providers in the ranking that generate more than 50 percent of their revenues with IT outsourcing, hosting, managed services, and other data centre services on the external market. T-Systems takes the top spot with an estimated revenue of 2.9 billion euros. New in second place is NTT Data Inc. which, according to Lünendonk estimates, achieved revenues of 2.2 billion euros in Germany in 2022. Atos (1.92 billion), DXC (1.35 billion), and Kyndryl (780 million) complete the top five.
Another Lünendonk list includes leading IT consultants and system integrators. T-Systems was ranked fourth here in previous years. Since Lünedonk has changed the criteria for the rankings and now only evaluates companies in the area in which the focus business takes place, T-Systems is no longer included in this list this year.
For the Lünendonk study “The Market for IT Services in Germany”, in addition to about one hundred IT service providers, about 120 IT managers from upper medium-sized businesses as well as from large companies and corporations were surveyed. IT service providers and their customers thus receive important key figures and comprehensive information for their planning.
