Salesforce has been a T-Systems partner since summer of 2014. The two market leaders for customer relationship management- (CRM) and cloud-solutions and IT services offer their customers intelligent concepts from the extremely secure data centers operated by T-Systems.

Salesforce partner T-Systems provides a data center for solutions such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud for an initial period of five years. Salesforce's products will thus be available from the German cloud. Companies will benefit primarily from maximum IT and data security: Sensitive company data will be stored within Germany and hence be covered by German data protection laws. As a Salesforce partner, T-Systems is also responsible for all Salesforce consulting services in Germany – from product consulting and reselling through to solution implementation. In addition, T-Systems is also the specialist contact during operation of the applications.
New solutions for customer relationship management
The partnership with Salesforce contributes to the creation of new, intelligent solutions. As a Salesforce partner, T-Systems is developing its own industry-related apps for customer relationship management, service management and marketing based on the Salesforce1 platform. They are quick and easy to operate on mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets.
With Customer Experience Management (CEM), for example, T-Systems offers an innovative CRM application for car dealers and their customers. The platform comprises three solutions that link dealers, repair shops, vehicles and customers for improved service, for example, in maintenance discussions. In addition, T-Systems is working on end-to-end solutions for digitizing retail that are also based on the Salesforce development platform. Applications in the fields of mobile payment or proximity marketing allow retailers to address their customers individually and based on their location.
