Patrick Beyer is Vice President Global Business Operations at T-Systems International GmbH. With more than 14 years of experience in international IT business and transformation management (in various expert, leadership and management positions), he has a proven track record in improving operational performance, profitability and quality, as well as the ability to combine strategy with organizational change and people.
In his current role, he manages T-Systems Private Cloud's efficiency programs and business transformation program, achieving significant cost savings through automation, shoring, supplier management and operational improvements. In previous roles as Vice President Portfolio Strategy, he developed the long-term strategy of T-Systems' Private Cloud business and implemented new concepts such as Agile Collaboration to make it a reality.
